Pardubice Region
The Pardubice Region is located in the eastern part of Bohemia. It is a region of horses, gingerbread, and historical monuments. The landscape consists of the fertile Elbe lowlands and the massive Kralický Sněžník mountains.
The region is famous for the Great Pardubice Steeplechase, the oldest horse race in continental Europe, and for its rich tradition of gingerbread making.
