SOUTH BOHEMIAN region lies mainly in the south of Bohemia, but the surroundings Dačic hits and Moravia; Czech Velenice with the surroundings (the Vitorazsko) again until 1920 formed part of Lower Austria. On the west it borders the Pilsen region in the north CENTRAL BOHEMIAE region in the northeast region of the Highlands, the East has a very short stretch of common border with SOUTH Moravian region.
